Miridio Website Terms of Use

Effective date: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) apply to your use of miridio.com (the “Site“), which is operated by Brian O’Kelly doing business as Miridio (“Miridio,” “we,” “us“). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What Miridio does

Miridio builds AI assistants, bots, and automations, and does small coding projects (websites, web apps, and integrations) for businesses. The Site describes those services and lets you contact us or join our waitlist. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services. Any work we do for you will be under a separate written agreement (our services agreement and a statement of work), and that agreement — not these Terms — will govern the work.

2. Who can use the Site

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on the Site. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Contact, request, and waitlist forms

When you submit a form, you agree to give accurate information and to submit only information you have the right to share. Please do not send passwords, account logins, health information, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through the Site’s forms. If you join our waitlist or ask us to contact you, we may email you about Miridio’s services; you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to hello@miridio.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.

4. Information on the Site; AI

Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice, and we don’t guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or current. Examples, demos, and descriptions of what AI tools can do are illustrations, not promises of results. AI systems can produce inaccurate output, and our client agreements explain how AI output is reviewed and used. Miridio does not build AI systems for making medical, legal, financial, credit, insurance, housing, employment, or safety decisions without human review.

5. Third-party names and platforms

The Site may mention third-party platforms we build with (for example, the Grok Bot platform, AI model providers, or WordPress). Those names belong to their owners. Unless we say so expressly, Miridio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies, including xAI.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of law; (b) try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its accounts; (c) interfere with the Site’s operation or security, including by uploading malware or overloading it; (d) scrape or harvest information from the Site by automated means, except for search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt; (e) submit spam, false information, or someone else’s personal information without permission; or (f) impersonate anyone. We use security tools to protect the Site and may block access that appears abusive.

7. Our content

The Site’s text, design, logos, and other content are owned by Miridio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational use. You may not copy, modify, or republish Site content for commercial use without our written permission. “Miridio” and the Miridio logo are our brand; please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

8. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MIRIDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MIRIDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND MIRIDIO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. This section does not limit liability under a separate written agreement with Miridio, which is governed by its own terms.

11. Indemnity

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you agree to defend and indemnify Miridio against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law and venue

Washington law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any lawsuit about the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and Miridio consent to those courts’ jurisdiction, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date. Changes apply from that date forward; if you keep using the Site after that, you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Miridio about the Site.
