The basics

What’s the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers when you ask it something. An agent can take steps on its own: check your inbox, update a tracker, draft a report on a schedule. An agent team is several agents, each with its own job, working together.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a chat app, you can work with an agent team. We handle the setup and train your people on the rest.

What size business is this for?

Small and mid-sized businesses, especially ones where the owner or a few key people are stretched across too many jobs.

Will this replace my staff?

That’s not how we design teams. Agents take on the routine, repetitive parts of the work so your people can spend their time on the parts that need judgment.

Safety and control

Can an agent send emails, post online or spend money on its own?

Not in the teams we set up. Anything that leaves your business needs a person’s approval first: sending an email, publishing a post, paying for something. Agents draft and prepare. Your people decide.

What can an agent see?

Only what it needs for its job. We give each agent the smallest access that works, write down what it has, and set it up so you can remove access in one step.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Agents run on accounts in your business’s name. If we stop working together, everything stays with you, and our access goes away.

What if an agent makes a mistake?

It will, sometimes. That’s why people review the work before it goes out. When an agent gets something wrong, we show your team how to correct it, and we adjust its instructions so it doesn’t repeat the error.

How do you handle our data?

Each client’s agents are kept separate from every other client’s. We don’t take on work involving sensitive regulated data, such as health records, payment card numbers or government ID numbers. We’ll explain exactly what each agent stores, and where, before setup starts.

Can we turn it off?

Yes, at any time. Each agent can be paused or switched off, and access can be removed in one step.

Working with us

How long does setup take?

It depends on how many agents you start with and which tools they connect to. You’ll get a timeline with your quote, before any work starts.

What does it cost?

Every quote comes after the assessment, so the price fits your actual work. You’ll know the number before we build.

Which AI platform do you use?

Whichever fits your business. We aren’t tied to one vendor. We build your bot team on whichever platform suits your work. You’ll also pay for any tools or AI plans the agents run on, on your own accounts, and we’ll tell you what those are up front.

Which tools do the agents work with?

Common ones include email, calendars, chat tools such as Slack, workspaces such as Notion, shared drives and CRMs. Tell us what you use on the fit call and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Do you train our team?

Yes. Every setup includes a hands-on session for the people who’ll work with the agents, plus a written guide.

What happens after setup?

We check in during the first weeks to tune the team. After that, you can continue with monthly support or run the team on your own using the documentation we leave you.
