How we set up your AI team

Every engagement follows the same five steps. Each one ends with something you can review before we move on.

1. Discovery

We start by learning how your business actually runs. Who does what, where the work piles up, which tools you use and what you’d hand off tomorrow if you could.

We work from your real material: the spreadsheet, the checklist, the inbox that never empties. Not a slide deck about transformation.

You get: a short written summary of where an agent team would help, and where it wouldn’t.

2. Team design

Next we design the team on paper. Each agent gets a role, a routine, a list of the tools it can use and a clear line on what needs your approval.

We start small. Two or three agents doing useful work beat ten agents doing confusing work.

You get: a team plan you can read in a few minutes, with a fixed scope and quote before any setup begins.

3. Setup

We connect the agents to your accounts with the least access each one needs. We build the routines, set up the approval steps and test everything on sample work before it touches anything real.

Your business owns every account. Access is written down, logged and removable.

You get: a working team, tested, plus written instructions for each agent.

4. Training

An agent team is only useful if your people are comfortable with it. We walk you and your staff through how to ask for work, how to review it, how to approve or reject it and how to correct an agent that gets something wrong.

You get: a hands-on session for your team and a plain-language guide to keep.

5. Ongoing support

The first weeks are when a team gets tuned. We check in, adjust routines that aren’t pulling their weight and fix what breaks. After that, support can continue month to month, adding agents or routines as your business needs them.

You get: regular check-ins, fixes and a team that improves over time.

What you’ll need to bring

  • A person who can make decisions and approve the agents’ work
  • Access to the tools the agents will use, granted by you
  • A little time each week in the early stages to review drafts and give feedback
