Assessment
A working session to understand how your business runs and where an agent team would help. We name the useful places to start, and the ones to skip.
You leave with a short written plan: which agents we’d set up first, what each would do, and a fixed quote for the work.
Agent team setup
We design and set up a team of AI agents for your business. Each agent gets a defined role, access to the tools it needs and nothing more, and approval steps for anything that goes outside your business.
Includes team design, setup and testing, written instructions for each agent and a training session for your staff.
Single-agent setup
Not ready for a team? We can start with one agent doing one job well, such as an inbox and calendar assistant for the owner, or a weekly finance check. Most teams start this way.
Training for your team
A hands-on session for the people who will work with the agents: how to ask for work, review it, approve it and correct it. Included with every setup, and available on its own for teams adding new staff.
Ongoing support
Monthly support after setup: check-ins, tuning, fixes and new agents or routines when you need them. Terms are agreed up front, in writing.
Custom connections and small tools
Sometimes an agent needs something that doesn’t exist yet: a connection between two systems, a simple form, a small internal app. We can build these as part of a setup, so the agents can do their job cleanly.
